About Aubree
I'm Aubree — a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping women feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies. I started coaching because I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed by fitness culture, to try every program and see no results, and to feel like your body is working against you.
My approach is different. I don't believe in punishing workouts or obsessive tracking. I believe in building habits that actually fit your life — habits that feel good and last well beyond any 12-week program.

My story
I grew up fairly active, but it wasn't until high school that I found a real love for exercise through sports conditioning and spending way too much time watching workout videos on YouTube. By my late teens and early twenties, things got serious. I finally committed to the gym consistently, and pretty quickly realized how overwhelming the fitness industry can be, especially for women.
There's so much noise out there. Everyone on social media has an opinion, a program, a transformation photo. And I found myself constantly asking: is this actually backed by science, or is it just another TikTok trend? That question drove me to cut through the confusion and find real answers, which led me to get my Personal Training Certification.
Since then, I've had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life with different backgrounds, different goals, different health concerns, different schedules. That variety has made me a better coach. It's taught me that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness, and that the best program is the one that actually fits your life.

Please read these terms carefully before applying for any coaching program. By submitting an application you agree to the terms outlined below.
By submitting an application and entering into a coaching relationship with Aubree Lee Fit, you agree to a minimum 3-month commitment for all online coaching programs. Monthly billing clients will be charged for all 3 months regardless of early cancellation. Pay-in-full clients are not eligible for refunds after program delivery has begun.
In-person training sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be forfeited without refund.
