Do I need a gym to get started?
Not at all. Online coaching plans are built around whatever you have — a full gym, dumbbells at home, or just your bodyweight. In-person training does require a membership at the gym I train out of, which I'll share when we connect.
I'm a complete beginner — is this for me?
Absolutely. I love working with beginners. We'll start exactly where you are, build your confidence, and progress at a pace that feels challenging but never overwhelming. No experience needed — just a willingness to show up.
How does online coaching actually work?
After we connect and find the right fit, I build your custom program and deliver it through an easy-to-use app with video demos, sets, reps, and rest times. Depending on your tier, we'll have regular check-ins, messaging support, and program adjustments along the way.

Common questions

If you're self-motivated and just need a solid program to follow, Basic is a great starting point. If you want check-ins, adjustments, and someone in your corner, Standard is the most popular choice. Premium is for women who want the full picture — training and nutrition — with daily access and the highest level of support.
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at the start of any new billing cycle after your initial 3-month commitment. Just reach out and we'll take care of it.
For online coaching, no gym membership is needed. I offer at-home programs designed around minimal equipment — a set of dumbbells or resistance bands is plenty to get great results. If you're interested in in-person training, you will need a membership at the gym I train out of, which I'll share details on when we connect. Either way, just let me know your situation when you apply and we'll figure out the best setup for you.
Nutrition coaching in the Premium plan includes macro targets set for your goals, meal timing strategies, guidance on fueling workouts and recovery, and regular adjustments as your body and goals change. It's education and strategy that helps you make food choices that work long-term.
Your training frequency is built around your real life — not a number we force on you. Each tier has a recommended range: Starter works well at 2–3 days per week, Standard at 3–4, and Premium at 4–5. That said, if you can only train 2 days a week, we can make that work on any tier. We capture your availability during the application process and build your program around it. The minimum we'd recommend for any tier is 2 days per week — once a week isn't enough to drive meaningful results.
Real, visible results take time — and three months of consistent training is genuinely the minimum needed to see meaningful change in your body composition, strength, and habits. A one-month commitment doesn't give either of us enough time to do the work properly. The 3-month minimum is about setting you up for success, not locking you in. After your initial commitment, you continue month-to-month for as long as you'd like.
I typically respond within 24–48 hours. We'll have a quick chat to go over your goals, answer any questions, and make sure we're a great fit before getting started.

I'm Aubree — a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping women feel strong, capable, and at home in their bodies. I started coaching because I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed by fitness culture, to try every program and see no results, and to feel like your body is working against you.

My approach is different. I don't believe in punishing workouts or obsessive tracking. I believe in building habits that actually fit your life — habits that feel good and last well beyond any 12-week program.

My story

The journey that led me here

I grew up fairly active, but it wasn't until high school that I found a real love for exercise through sports conditioning and spending way too much time watching workout videos on YouTube. By my late teens and early twenties, things got serious. I finally committed to the gym consistently, and pretty quickly realized how overwhelming the fitness industry can be, especially for women.

There's so much noise out there. Everyone on social media has an opinion, a program, a transformation photo. And I found myself constantly asking: is this actually backed by science, or is it just another TikTok trend? That question drove me to cut through the confusion and find real answers, which led me to get my Personal Training Certification.

Since then, I've had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life with different backgrounds, different goals, different health concerns, different schedules. That variety has made me a better coach. It's taught me that there's no one-size-fits-all approach to fitness, and that the best program is the one that actually fits your life.

Please read these terms carefully before applying for any coaching program. By submitting an application you agree to the terms outlined below.

Coaching Agreement

By submitting an application and entering into a coaching relationship with Aubree Lee Fit, you agree to a minimum 3-month commitment for all online coaching programs. Monthly billing clients will be charged for all 3 months regardless of early cancellation. Pay-in-full clients are not eligible for refunds after program delivery has begun.

In-person training sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be forfeited without refund.

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

The information, programs, and coaching services provided by Aubree Lee Fit are for general fitness and wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.

You should consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition, are pregnant or postpartum, or have been previously injured.
